I am selling a beautiful 1968 Corvette Convertible. I call it triple black because it is painted black, the interior is black, and the convertible soft top is black as well. It has the hard top option sporting black paint too. It starts right up every time, idles smooth (choke and kick down work flawlessly), runs, drives and stops great thanks to power disc brakes.
The frame is original, solid, and has no damage. The body is in very good shape and the black paint shines beautifully with few imperfections. The chrome is in good shape too. The soft top is black canvas material and is in good shape; goes up and down with ease. The black interior is in very good shape as well. The seats are free of any rips or tears, although the passenger seat has a split in the bottom seam. The dash and door panels are in good shape, along with the console and rear storage area. It is a factory Air Conditioned car but the compressor has been removed (brackets are still there). The gauges and lights function as they should. The vacuum bypass for the headlights/wiper door has a leak, therefore I put the headlights up and down by hand although all of the actuators are in working order. Overall, it's a great looking car with beautiful lines and plenty of style. Not a perfect show or museum car, but something you can get in, turn they key and enjoy a cruise with the top down.
