1972 BMW R75/5 SWB TOASTER TANK
This 1972 BMW R75/5 SWB Toaster is a timeless vintage air-cooled motorcycle, finished in the rare colour #529 Curry Metallic Gold. The bike is a nice survivor with its original paint & pinstripping. All electrics and lights function properly. Speedometer, tachometer & odometer all function as intended. The mileage shows 10,008 as of today and will only go up slightly as I only take out to keep everything operating properly. Ive owned the motorcycle for about 10 years and can attest to the mileage being accurate under my ownership but true miles are "exempt" on title. For a few years the bike resided in my office as kinetic art, but the remainder of its life with me has been kept garaged. Vintage Albert bar end mirrors were supplied by Bench Mark Works in Mississippi & Tommaselli adjustable Clubman Bars were imported in from Italy to guide the controls. The oem Euro Sport Bars and mirror are included along with a factory BMW Mudflap. There’s something special about a classic 70's BMW airhead: that remarkable
engine, and the promise of fine German engineering.
