1948 Studebaker Commander Regal Deluxe Starlight Coupe

Car has a body-on restoration around 15 years ago by a previous owner and has been driven less than 2000 miles since. During restoration it received a new interior, gas tank, all new brakes, wheel cylinders and steel lines, rebuilt engine, new clutch and pressure plate, new starter and high quality paint job. Car runs and drives excellently. Everything works, including the overdrive, except the original dash temperature gauge and radio. I installed an aftermarket temp gauge and the car runs at 180 degrees on a hot 90 degree day. The radio has a new electronic vibrator installed and the radio worked for awhile but I believe a capacitor burned out. This car is not perfect but is a reliable driver that looks great from 3 feet and draws attention wherever it goes. I've had the car for 3 years and have done the following: Replaced the front seat padding by a professional upholstery shop, new carpeting, new brake and clutch pedals, new glove box, new kick panels, new headliner and windlacing, new Coker wide whites, all new correct factory wiring harnesses (Main, OD & Rear lights), all brake flex hoses, new master cylinder, oil pressure flex line, new water pump and thermostat, new tie rod ends, new gas gauge, new gas tank sending unit, new door locks with matching keys, rebuilt distributor, new plugs and wires, new 6 volt alternator (rebuilt generator and voltage regulator come with the car, all the wiring is there), rebuilt window regulators, New HD battery & cables, new Carter electric fuel pump and pressure regulator, added turn signals and emergency flasher, converted all exterior lamps except headlights to 6 volt LEDs, Floors, wheel wells, frame, etc., all painted with POR-15 on rust free body. All glass is excellent with only the windshield showing some minor fogging at the bottom edge of the passenger side. There are a couple minor paint bubbles on the lower doors but they are rock solid. I didn't touch them because I didn't want to alter the outstanding paint on the car. All chrome and stainless trim is in excellent condition. The radiator and heater and defroster cores are all in perfect condition with new hoses and control valves.
The car will cruise at 70 mph with no problems. Burns no oil and pressure is always 40-50 psi. The car needs nothing and is a thoroughly dependable driver with some modern upgrades such as the 6 volt alternator and Carter rotary vane electric fuel pump. Owner's manual, factory shop manual, and the body and chassis factory catalogs come with the car.
Brand new aluminum floor jack is in the trunk. All work documentation on electronic files will be provided to the purchaser. Clean title.
