1989 Toyota Seabreeze with a V6 3.0L engine and automatic transmission.
The camper has had extensive remodeling inside, including, but not limited to:
new flooring installed
butcher block counter tops
new sinks and faucets in kitchen and bathroom
reupholstered 6' sofa that turns into a twin size bed
replaced toilet with Nature's Head composting toilet
swivel chair removed
Lagun adjustable table
4 aerodynamic 120W solar panels adhered to the roof
Live off the grid with this solar. We run everything interiorly (fridge, lights, tv, toaster oven) off of this. The only thing the solar won’t do is run the AC unit. That needs shore power (to be plugged in).
12V Poly Off Grid Battery Charger for RV
240 AH 24V mppt solar battery pack with a 5000W inverter
replaced shower head and faucet
WeBoost cell signal booster
Ecobee security system with two window and two door sensors
It is equip with solar panels, a composting toilet and a generator for a total "off grid" camping experience. We've even installed cameras to ensure a completely safe time adventuring.
At 21 feet long by 7 feet wide this is one of the smallest motorhomes available – aka a micro motorhome. About the same external size as a Sprinter/camper van but with much more efficient use of interior space and a unique floor plan. The over cab bed adds about 25% more living space than available in a camper van and a separate bathroom is very important – especially for full time living. A small motorhome has the added benefit of fuel efficiency (especially with current gas prices). The Seabreeze gets 16-18 mpg compared to the 5-6 mpg of larger RVs. It is easy to maneuver (shorter and lighter); driving like a large truck on a variety of terrains (soft sand, steep dirt roads) which opens up more options for boondocking and adventures.
