This Opel GT is sold with all recent parts and service receipts and a clean title.
Now powered by a replacement 1.9 liter inline-four with a 4-speed manual transmission.
Originally painted blue, it had an engine-out repaint during the rebuild to the current shade of white. Although several years old, it still shows well and surface rust has been found inside the nose.
13' Opel rally wheels and white stripe tires offer an original factory appearance.
The stock interior appears clean with the correct wood trimmed steering wheel and the upholstery and carpets in good condition. All controls are said to work well including the roll over lights, AM radio, and even the clock. The five digit odometer reads 71521 and is believed to be accurate. The battery has been relocated to a custom fabricated box behind the passenger seat.
The 1.9 liter four cylinder is a replacement from donor GT as the original was too damaged to repair. Recent work includes a top end rebuild last year and the transmission seals which were replaced last month. A custom throttle cable was also installed to replace the sticking original.
The underside has also been repainted, and the gallery shows the floor pan and rocker panels.
