Kubota L2350DT tractor with LB400 bucket loader arm. Included with sale of tractor will be a Howard Rotavator rototiller, a CountyLine (Tractor Supply brand) 4 foot rotary cutter, and a heavy duty hauler (carry all). All are used in good condition. Please read all details below for complete condition.

This Kubota L2350DT is a four wheel drive, 25 HP diesel tractor with 3 point hitch and a manual transmission. The PTO horse power rating is 20.5 HP. The attached bucket loader arm is the LB400 model. Included in the sale will be a Howard Rotavator rotary tiller implement with newly installed blades. The rotary cutter is a CountyLine Tractor Supply brand 4 foot size rotary cutting implement (bushhog). The hauler / carry all is a heavy duty 3 point hitch attachment for moving around heavy items, or to use to hold weight for balancing the front arm.

Also included will be any extra parts I can locate around the shop (extra hoses, bolts, etc). I will also include the original operator's manual and workshop repair manual for the tractor and loader arm, also operator's manuals for the tiller and cutter.

Condition:
The tractor is a 1994 model year. The tractor has only about 398 original hours. This is VERY low for this model year tractor. The original owner used this on a small farm, for light duty work, and then had it parked for a number of years. The tractor runs very well, with a strong engine that starts up and runs with no issues. The 8/2 speed manual transmission shifts smooth into all gears, with no issues with the clutch. The implements and buckets move as expected, with no issues. Brakes operate as expected. The only problem I have had with this tractor is that when it sits for a few months, the transmission filter needs to be removed and cleaned, and the hydraulic / transmission fluid drained to remove sludge. If this is not done, the implements and arm will begin to bog down. I think this problem would solve itself with few other full hydraulic / transmission fluid changes. Overall, it runs like a new(ish) tractor, but looks like a tractor that was left in the elements for a while. The front grille is bent but no damage whatsoever to the engine. There are various amounts of rust, grease, dirt, etc. but overall it's very clean. No fluid leaks at all. About half of the hydraulic hoses are newly installed within the past year. The other half of the hydraulic hoses will eventually need to be replaced due to dry rot. The engine oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, and transmission filter were all replaced at around 390 hours in 2014. Complete radiator flush and new radiator hoses at around 390 hours in 2014. Full hydraulic / transmission fluid exchange and filter clean at 397 hours. Front axle fluid exchange at 397 hours. There are various issues with the rear / turn lights and front lights, so I don't use them. The seat has rips. There are various small plastic pieces that are cracked / broken. Overall, this is a very strong running tractor that with the proper care will last a lifetime and longer.

The Howard rotavator looks like a well used rotary tiller from the 70's should look - beat up, dirty, paint chipping, rust, etc. However, it runs well and tills soil. The output shaft oil seal is bad, so the gear box oil leaks out. Since this is such an old implement, exact replacements are hard to find. So to fix this I just keep a bottle ready and fill up as needed while using the tiller. Howard rotavators are very difficult to find these days - they used to be the king of rotary tillers - this one might be a collector's item by itself.

The CountyLine (Tractor Supply) rotary cutter is a bushhog-type rotary cutter in the 4 foot size (2 blades). The output shaft oil seal is also bad and leaks. There are probably replacements available, but I have not bothered to try to fix it. I just fill it up as needed while using it.

The haul all / carry all is a heavy duty metal frame haul all with a wood platform bolted to the frame. Keep it dry and free of termites and this will serve it's purpose for a very long time. It has a 3 point attachment, weighs at least 100 pounds empty. Comparable to the CountyLine brand but this is much older and more heavy duty. I'd estimate the carrying capacity to be at least 1000 lbs. Can be used to carry around heavy items, or to use to carry extra weight to balance the front loader arm.
