1952 Harley-Davidson FL Panhead. Kick only, rocker clutch, no front brake. Clear title. All numbers are clean and matching.
It has been a reliable, tried & true, zero issue motorcycle. I believe the OEM 1963 outside oiler heads/cylinders & pistons are .010 over, installed last year. The six speed Baker Drivetrain transmission is brand new including the N1 shift drum. Electronic ignition under timer cap. Original Fat Bob tanks that have been “axed” & flat sided. Original Harley springer handlebars that have been narrowed & internal throttle installed. The springer front end is made by Zero Engineering. The headlight is from a Staver Automobile (early 1900’s). Seat & saddle bag by Rich Phillips Leather. The tail light is a Singer sewing machine work light. The patina is real. The Linkert M74B carb is correct for the engine. The mechanical drum rear brake and all linkage is oem and works as it should. Oem floorboards as well. Original Harley spoked wheels with star hubs. Avon tires are fresh as well. The frame is original and uncut. Sidecar loops are still there. The neck even has the steering lock key cylinder in tact (I don’t have the key). This build started as a complete and running stock 1952 Panhead. Yes, the engine is original to the bike. I would say this is the most “leak free” , trouble free Panhead you’ll find. No maintenance is needed. I’m a bit meticulous about making sure things are working right. Pushrods, timing, & carb are adjusted correctly. Intake is leak free as well. All systems set up correctly and working together equals easy starting and running well.
