1981 Coachmen 16ft Chevy Van Motorhome

This motorhome has been updated and has many new parts and many original parts that work great. New tires, fender skirts,flooring, new exhaust, radio, tuned up, roof has been sealed, winterized, was undercoated when new and has held up well. Everything works, air, fridge, stove, oven, kitchen exhaust fan, all are original including awning and everything works great. It has original dog dish hub caps 5 new tires and have been updated from 16.5 to 16" wheels. Motor is a V8, 350 cid. Issues: needs some body work around the front body. I have a picture of one place behind the front bumper where the metal is gone but the rest are just rust. Also there is a picture of the shower basin, which has been fixed but not very pretty. If you are looking for the mini motorhome this is for you. The kitchen table will sleep 2 and overhead bunk 2.
I want to state that there is surface rust but the frame is solid. The awning is original and is in great shape.
