This 1980 Volkswagen Rabbit truck is a modified vehicle with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain.
The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives.
1980 AAZ Rabbit Truck
The truck has installed a crate AAZ motor that has about 43k miles currently, I took ownership of the truck at 409k on the dash and 35000 on the motor. Also installed a second fuel tank, were the spare use to mount.
I installed new control arms, st front coilovers, bfi rear drop plates and rear air struts from S&P that get filled by schrader valves under the rear bumper. It has a 2.25 Techtonics exhaust with borla muffler.
All of the brakes are redone to include booster and master cylinder and new hard lines where needed. New drums/springs and the front now has willwood calipers installed.
Wheels are ronal turbos (smooth face) 4x100
15x7 et 28.
I put new recaros in the cab as well with the S&P brackets.
The cons are they the windshield has a crack on the passenger side. There is a little rust (I can get a picture) under the drivers side. And front the PO painting the truck the pant bubbled up by the windshield on the passenger side.
