1928 Ford Model A Flathead V8 Roadster

Cool old 40's style roadster, all steel that is a real driver. Roadster has been driven all over Northern California, Oregon and Utah. AV8 roadster is a get in and drive car that needs nothing as it sits.
1946 59ab with mild Iskendarian Mild grind cam, Edlebrock block letter heads, Edlebrock 2x2 intake, original pair of Stromberg 97's with progressive linkage, custom-made lake style headers, cooling is re-cored 4 core stock radiator.
Gears are a '39 Ford box delivering torque to rare chromed banjo rear end with 373 gears.
Stock Frame has been strengthened and welded to improve rigidity. Steering is a rebuilt F1 steering box with sector shaft and worm gear and original pitman arm.
Handling the front suspension is an original front axle, spindles, wishbones, and de-arched front spring with friction shocks ; Rear is heated buggy spring.
Slowing things down are rebuilt '47 Ford hydraulic brakes with '40 backing plates.
Rolling stock comes from '40 Ford Rims, 16 x 4" front and 16 x 5" rear, wrapped in Firestone 5.50 and 7.50 bias-belts.
NOS '39 Ford standard caps complete the look.
NOS Stewart Warner gauges, oil/temp under dash. Original Banjo Steering wheel. Completing the interior is Real leather tuck and roll stock bench seat with vintage Beechcraft airplane seat belts.
The body is original Ford steel in black base/clear coat with original grill shell and insert. Traditional wood in floor. Trunk has metal finished off for storage. 4" chopped windshield frame that was chromed years ago. Original BLC head lamps provide lighting.
Comes with DeLuxe 28'Roadster top brackets.
