1941 Chevrolet Special Deluxe Coupe original straight six motor runs great, 3 speed column mounted transmission shifts with no issues.
Original straight 6 motor with 21,704 miles showing on the odometer
Transmission is the original column mounted 3 speed with vacuum shift
Vehicle was repainted in original black color, paint shows well and has held up nicely. Paintwork was performed before current owner acquired the vehicle.
Tires and brakes are in good condition
Original tan cloth interior and wood trim is in rather nice condition considering its age, Headlights work properly, glove box and dash lights work. Wipers work, Choke works properly. All glass is present, all windows open and close surprisingly smooth. Doors, hood and trunk all open and close properly
New battery was recently installed and a complete new muffler from front to back was installed under previous ownership.
Known flaws: Radio is present however it does not work and is missing the outer face (see pictures), Heater is present and hooked up but does not function. Fog lights do not work. The top of the rear seat cloth has become undone (see pictures). Driver side window glass has a crack.
