1978 Kawasaki KZ Z1R Pro Street Drag Bike
This is a real Kawasaki Z1R with the original engine from the factory. The Pro Street conversion was done on this bike in the 80’s and the bike has less than 100 miles since the time of conversion.
This motorcycle is absolutely stunning and a real show stopper.
1398cc Pro Block kit (Built by Fred Cox Racing)
Falicon Crankshaft with GPZ oversized pin
Murdock back-cut transmission with overshift bushing
Ported cylinder head with oversized Manely s/s valves
36mm Mikuni Flat Slide Carbs
440/450 lift cams, shim under bucket
Falicon welded clutch basket with pusher bearing
Heavy duty Barnett clutches and springs
Murray 1 ?” sidewinder header with evac system
Dyna rev limiter
Dyna 3 ohm coils

Valves have been adjusted
Head re-torqued and first service has been done

The motorcycle has been in storage for the last 25 years. The engine had light oil put into each cylinder for protection. Bike has a little over 1.5 hours of run time since the conversion was completed.
