Starting with the last & best version of the KX500 a Mint Original 88 KX500 with low hours and a pristine frame, the bike was stripped to the frame and every component removed and inspected. The frame was sandblasted and Powdercoated Kawasaki Racing Green.

The Gas Tank Is a Highly Coveted and Rare KX250 Tank With New Shrouds. She New Front Fender and Number Plate are off of a Modern KX450 with New Side Number Plates and a Modern KX rear Fender Whih Gives the bike its sleek race ready & Thoroughly Fresh/Sleek Look (Two words never before used to describe a stock KX500).

Fresh New KX450 Triple Clamps Sent to Emig Racing to be fitted with an Emig Stem
to Match the frame & machined to fit With New Roller Bearings in the steering Stem.

A New KX450 Front Brake Master Cylinder with New Hammer Head blue billet cap as fit with a New ARC Brake Lever & New Anodized Blue Master Cylinder Rotating Perch. New Braided Stainless Brake line were custom made to mate with the New Cerakoted Gold KX450 Brake Caliper and New Oversized 270MM Floating Wave Rotor.
A New Tusk Black Front Wheel is Laced to the New Tusk Blue Billet Front Hub With New Spokes,
