No Leaks inside or out roof in good shape as well Rv has spent most of it's life in Arizona this is a big plus little ran no humidity.
460 ford motor V8 Gas automatic transmission.
Any bad i can thank of as for the gelcoat it's actually in really great condition there are some scratches also a few places on the lower silver part of the RV where the paint is peeling. The dash air does work but needs Freon. honestly that's about it other than the awning has some stains on it.
