1968 Chrysler Newport Town and Country Wagon

1968 Chrysler Town and Country Station Wagon. The 440 is not original to the car. The original 383 was too far gone from sitting inside a garage and not being started for many,many, years. This truly was a labor of love to get done. There is just too much to list everything done. The paint and Woodgrain are factory original from 68. The seats and head-liner were re-done as well. Most everything works! Even the Super-rare AM/FM Radio, Power tail-gate window. Horn, wipers, lights, NEW tires with a set of non-period correct Road wheels. But the original wheels were not with the car. And Honestly, what Mopar does not look great with Road wheels. Brakes are disc in Front and Totally re-done. New booster, new bolts all-around the manifolds. Starts right-up! New Dual exhaust all the way to front. New cancel-cam ( The expensive version ) New oem style carpet. All the Factory trim is there. Very Solid Body! Fender-Skirts both there. Windshield is Brand-new as Well. The car is not perfect, but I'd give it a strong 7 on a 1-10 scale. I just want to find this Mopar a great home. This is the 6-Passenger Model.
