Very Beautiful "ALL ORIGINAL", Rust Free! RARE 1978 "Champagne Edition" VW Bus with only 40,377 Original Miles. A true rare find, they are only ALL ORIGINAL once, and here she is.
This Beautiful time capsule Runs and Drives Great, starts right up and purrs, the manual 4 speed transmission shifts smoothly and operates properly as it should. Clutch is good. Vehicle has been in dry storage for the last year. The Original 2000cc 4cyl Air Cooled VW Engine has only 40,000 Original miles on it and runs GREAT!
New C.V Boots and C.V joint Service, good Brakes and tires, Very Nice "ALL ORIGINAL" CONDITION. All Original factory Paint threw out.
This 1978 VW Bus is a one year only "Champagne Edition". Which makes it a rare find and its all original. Factory Paint has normal wear and tear, scratches and chips here and there, some factory striping is fading mostly near gas fill, not perfect but very nice for being 42 years old and especially since its all original paint as it came from the factory in 1978, Still shines nicely. This vehicle has NEVER BEEN REPAINTED has all original body that is very straight and solid overall, Has no dents , may have a couple small dings here and there , normal type stuff, nothing big, NO BONDO, NO BODYWORK ever done, NO ACCIDENTS, its as original as it came from factory in 1978.Nice All Original VW Glass threw out. Has the NICE FULL SLIDING FACTORY SUNROOF. Look at the floors in the pictures, floors are perfect, no rust, no rot, they are absolutely perfect! The interior is in great condition and is ALL ORIGINAL. Front Seats have some tears and wear, but the rest of interior is perfect. Dash is great with NO Cracks or blemishes. Everything works on this vintage bus. This Vehicle has NO Rust rot anywhere!
