Interior
The interior of this Rialta is in excellent shape. The carpet and upholstery is in excellent condition overall (wear on driver seat fabric). All appliances have been tested and all are functioning properly. There is some yellowing to some of the interior plastic components from the sun (no smoking).

Exterior
The exterior has some blemishes which are shown in detail on the photo link above. If you wanted this Rialta to be really nice, I would suggest doing some paint work. The clear coat is peeling in places on the front cab, and the fiberglass plum colored running boards should be painted. I have purchased all new Rialta decals for the new owner but I have not installed them. (just Rialta wording/not stripes). I have also just installed new hubcaps. I have installed a new updated skylight and resealed the entire exterior of the motorhome. The tires are 4 years old and have little tread wear. The chassis has been maintained and is in excellent condition. The generator has been serviced and is in great running condition.

Average mileage should hover around the 15-18 mpg range. Interstate highways through mountainous areas seem to not overly impact your mileage especially if you get a "running start" at the up-hill grades.
Easy to maneuver around in city traffic or congested areas. Most large Class A motor homes would never venture into a downtown area and even look only for a "pull-thru" campsite. Not so with the Rialta. It can go practically wherever a car can go. Looking for a place to park in a congested, downtown area can be a nightmare for large motor homes but sometimes you'll find a parking spot that is adjacent to a wide driveway or other area where your 21'6" length can squeeze in. Even a regular spot in a large parking lot won't stop you provided you don't hang into the driving lane. In most cases, you'll be able to park closer to your destination than other RVs .Precision engineering has always been the hallmark of German automobiles. The front cab, engine, and drive train of the Rialta are designed and built in Germany. The actual final assembly point may be in either Canada or Germany .
