2001 Forest River Georgetown 346S-35ft Class A Motorhome Slide Out

2001 Forest River Georgetown 35ft Class A Motorhome with a Slide Out. It has only 56,844 miles. It runs and drives great and is powered by a Ford 6.8L V10 Gas Engine and Automatic Transmission with overdrive. The generator runs excellent it is an Onan Marquis Gold 5500 with 513 hours. The wheels are 19.5" with chrome simulators and tires all in nice shape with great tread left. We just drove this motorhome 425 miles here and everything went great. The cab has tan leather seating, Vizio front flat screen TV, dual cup holders, custom cd player, cruise, tilt, A/C, dual rotating fans and wrap around windshield curtain. It has blue carpeting and the living room has a chair with fold out end table, sofa with full pull out bed and matching valances with day/night shades, matching dinette with drop down table for sleeping with the cushions, multiple cabinets. The kitchen has wood flooring, counter top with sink and covers, 3 burner stove/oven combo microwave, ARCTIC PACKAGE heated tanks, hot water heater and gas/electric refrigerator. The living room has the bar area with slide out pantry and a curtain to the hallway area. It has duo-therm by dometic roof A/C climate control. The hallway has large closets and lower drawers. the bathroom has a full door, vinyl flooring, toilet, vanity with wall mirror, mirror cabinet over toilet, shower with sliding door and skylight. The bedroom has an accordian style sliding door, bed with mattress and comforter, headboard and mirror with shelf over bed. It has speakers, night stand, closet, corner area for a TV, curtains with day/night shades, roof A/C. The exterior paint and decals are in nice shape, only average wear and tear from over the years. there is one bubble on the fiberglass rear passengers corner(see pics) the wall is solid it is just the outside layer of fiberglass. The interior is clean and in great shape for the year. It runs and drives excellent. Nice layout and well kept. Model: 346S Only 56k Miles on this V10 and sounds great. It has a few minor scuffs and scratches on the outside and average use inside. The rear ladder at the bottom and half way up by the striped the legs are pulled out from the base. Clean title! Perfect first motorhome.
