2013 Lance 1172 Cab Over Dual Slide Out 12 Ft.

This is the largest Lance Cab over camper they make. It takes a long wheel base (8 ft.) bed 1 ton dually to carry this camper. There are no options offered that are not on this camper, has been stored in a climate controlled shop except on those trips. Finish , decals, etc. are like new.
This camper of course has electric lifts at all four corners, Two slide outs, one takes dinette and refrigerator out the other slide out at the rear at takes out a sofa with dual recliners. Will sleep 4 adults and 2 children as equipped. Has a remote rear view camera for hitching up and while towing behind it, You can keep an eye on your boat, jeep etc. , An Onan generator with 18.4 hours. Double door refrigerator, Dry bath with tub and shower. Flat screen TV with satellite system as well as Local TV anttanea. Over head rack for bikes , canoes or kayacks. Has pop out ladder to access roof.. Dual 30 lb. bottles, Dual batteries. Solar charger on roof, Two sky lights, two magic fans, Stereo inside and out. Outside propane for barbeque. Inside/ outside shower. Queen bed with the very finest Memory Cool foam mattress slept on once. Has both the tile floor and the fitted carpet overlay. That way if going to be on sand etc, just roll up the carpet . Awning in excellent condition, has awnings as well on both slide outs. Comes with four magic tie downs. Fold out dual steps. Oven as well as convection microwave. Central Heat and Air conditioning , thermostat controlled Three out side lights with separate amber light for patio to keep bugs away. Also comes with a unique roll around stand if you wish to unload the camper from your truck and still be able to move it around in the shop. Has four large rollers and moves easily any where. Has an additional 12 foot screened room with zipper enclosers to close it up as well from inclement weather. it has never been used.
I have a dolley that plugs into the rear receiver hitch that will support the largest trailers out there with out adding any weight to the back of your truck. Makes towing very large car trailer , boat or horse trailers very safe and simple with no additional tongue weight on your pickup. Has four aluminum boxes on it as well as an equalizer hitch assembly with 1200 lb. lift bars and anti sway bar. This dolley is self steering the wheels turn with you, both pulling and backing. has dual shock system as well . So never puts a strain on your hitch.
