Beautiful Velocette Thruxton, Only 1100 Thruxtons were built of which I believe about 300 came to the United States. I have verification documents from Grove Classic Motorcycles in UK that this is a matching numbers bike.
The bike is very original, that said there have been some sensible non cosmetic upgrades. It is fitted with a composite clutch, toothed dynamo drive belt, Grove Classic Motorcycles paper oil filter mod, the VOC gearbox selector modification to facilitate tighter shifting, all of these things are invisible but definitely worthwhile. The bike will come complete with all the verification documentation I have, Velocette Service Manual, Haynes Manual, engine and gearbox rebuild DVDs and documentation.
