1962 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 6 Cylinder

1962 FJ40 Land Cruiser. One of the oldest/rarest my FJ mechanic has seen. It is a great looking, mechanically sound, strong running vehicle. Runs and drives beautifully. Everything on the vehicle is in working order. Purchased it in 2015 from a friend who had it restored. I'm selling it because I want to upgrade to an FJ45. The following is a list of some of the major items that have been done to the FJ. -Rebuilt 3 speed transmission, transfer case, floor shifter. It had a 3 speed column shift prior to that but was advised to have a newer transmission put in due to parts availability. -Rebuilt drive shaft with new u joints. -Front/rear brake wheel cylinders, brake lines,master cylinder. Brakes were just recently cleaned and adjusted. -New fuel tank and sending unit. -New glass, weather stripping and moulding -Carburator rebuilt -Fluids recently changed: oil, front/rear differential, transfer case, transmission.
