One of 400 H Code XR7 Convertibles ever built! Very Rare!
The car was completely restored, and I do mean completely! Every nut, bolt, and piece of rubber was restored on this car.
It seems the checkbook was always open on this build! Media blasted body, weeks blocking the car out to be arrow straight,every piece of chrome replated, to the completely new interior, convertible top, every piece of rubber replaced. Completely rebuilt original drivetrain, every brake and fuel line has been replaced.
I even went with the Eleanor style wheels, Eliminator hood and spoiler. This car is just a drop dead gorgeous piece of machinery.
Everything is new or rebuilt or restored. This was a never ending project that is finally 100% complete. The car needs nothing, everything works like new, fits like a glove, and the car drives fantastic. It sounds menacing with SS exhaust and 2 chamber flow master exhaust.
-Car completely disassembled, media blasted, epoxy primered, 4 coats of PPG Base 7 Coats of PPG Clear, wet sanded and buffed to mirror finish.
-All Chrome replated, all stainless refinished and/or replaced with NOS parts-
-Original #'s Matching 351W completely rebuilt .030 over .010 under on crank, lunati cam, heads ported/polished. high flow radiator, rebuilt carburetor and distributor (electronic) exhaust manifolds rufurbished, 2.5" flow master exhaust.-
-Completely rebuilt front and rear suspension, all correct satin black or natural finish-
-FMX Automatic transmission completely rebuilt using kevlar steels, blue clutches, shift kit-
-Rear differential refurbished with all new bearings, ring/pinion/carrier.-
-Brakes rebuilt with new master cylinder, hard lines, rubber lines, shoes, wheel cylinders, drums, hardware-
-Interior completely refurbished top to bottom, seat upholstery, carpet, dash, door cards, etc.-
-All new rubber seals on everything, doors, trunk, convertible top, etc.-
-Wiring all refurbished or replaced as needed-
-Convertible top replaced, fits perfect. All new tack strips, pump, cylinders, lines, hardware, etc.-
-All glass either polished or replaced-
-Trunk mat replaced with date coded spare, cover, etc-
-Brand new "Eleanor" style wheels with brand new tires, road force balanced-
-4 wheel computer alignment-
-Vacuum Headlight system completely rebuilt
