1961 Holiday House 18Ft Vintage Camper Trailer

1961 18 foot Holiday House. Fantastic trailer, 95% original. About 200 Holiday House Trailers were manufactured in 1960-61.
This one spent its life in Southern California on the edge of the dessert and is one of the most complete and original Holiday House Trailers you’ll find.
Double sink, 4 burner princess stove w/oven, bath with sink and separate shower all working order. Huge black water tank. Fresh water holding tank and pump still in place but not tested. Very unique water heater (tankless!) has not been tested. Original table with leaf in great shape!
Has a small modern refrigerator and portable air unit in the curbside cabinet. (We had planned a full refrigerator there and a roof heat/air unit)
All original curtain rods, including the curved transom rod included.
All wood paneling on cabinets and walls were sanded and painted. (I prefer painted wood).
Original sheet linoleum flooring is in great shape.
The countertops and table are a peach color.
The front dinette cushions and the rear lounge cushions were recovered. (Not professionally)
Exterior paint and clear coat have been stripped.
Roof has been scraped, cleaned and sealed. All windows and screens present and working. Electric outlets upgraded to 3 prong.
Custom aluminum curved window guards included and a front window rock guard. Original canvas add a room is included.
I said 95% because the original refrigerator was removed as well as the wall heater (if there ever was one).
Clean title.
