2001 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision 36'6" Class A Motorhome with 2 Slide Outs and 44,279 Miles. It is powered by a Ford 6.8L V10 Gas engine and automatic transmission and has the Banks Power Dyna Flow Muffler. The unit runs and drives excellent, it has 19.5" wheels with recent front tires, the rears are goodyears from 2006 still with good sidewalls and tread. This also has the drivers door option. It is model 36B. The exterior has the white with silver bottom painted and tan and black striping, 2 window awnings, dual slide topper awnings and main awning. The generator is an Onan Marquis Gold 5500 with 381 hours. It is 30 amp service and has dual Roof A/Cs and WASHER/DRYER COMBO. The exterior is in nice condition, sidewalls look straight!
The interior is in good shape overall. The front seats are nice condition flex steel gray leather with matching recliner. It has gray colored carpeting which is in pretty good shape but has some minor weathered wear as most of these this age do. The cab has the front windshield curtain, dual cup holders, cruise, tilt cab A/C, Panasonic cassette, cb radio, overhead storage, Panasonic tube style TV, back up camera, slide out dash tray, power window, power heated mirrors. The living room has the pattern style sofa bed which matches the valances and has day/night shades, fold out end table for the recliner, dinette booth with lamp above and cushions(no back rests included), multiple cabinets. The kitchen has wood flooring, corian countertop with sink covers and stove cover. The kitchen has a 3 burner stove/oven combo, Dometic New Dimensions dual door refrigerator with ice maker. before the bathroom there is a lighted display case and Splendide 2000 washer/dryer combo with cabinet above. The main bath area has a full door that opens as privacy from the kitchen/ living room. The bathroom has vinyl flooring, porcelain toilet, cabinet, shower with skylight and the vanity is out in the open hallway and has dual mirror cabinets and the sink vanity. There is a sliding door to the bedroom. The bedroom has carpeting as does the hallway where the vanity is, mattress bed slide out (no comforter), valances and day/night shades, dual sliding mirror closet doors, spot for a corner TV, angled corner bedside cabinets, dual night stands, desk area with window and sliding mirror doors that cover it which can be used as makeup mirrors. It also has multiple drawers in the bedroom. For being a 18 year old motorhome this is in good shape but keep in mind it is still 18 years old. Overall length is 36'6".
