This is a driver-quality T-bird that can be driven and enjoyed - 2 Tops, Power Steering Brakes Windows and Seat
The drivetrain is believed to be original to the car as reported by the previous owner. The motor runs well without issue, and drives out very nicely with no issues. The transmission shifts smoothly. The car has Power Steering and Power Brakes adding to drivability.
The paint is older and beginning to show its age in spots and up close, but is presentable as a driver quality car. Several areas on the front fender, around the emblems and door areas show some imperfections. It would be graded as a 6/10. The brightwork, mainly the door handles and chrome trim is beginning to show some pitting and could be used or replaced in some areas. There are several areas on the bottom of the car that could be addressed.
The Interior is Red/Black upholstery and is in good condition. The car has power windows and power seat. Currently, the tach is not working, the car still has its 6V electrical system. The vacuum operated windshield wipers engage but could use some work as well. The interior trim is showing its age, new Aluminum door trim panels are included with the car.
The hardtop is aftermarket, but the original soft-top is included with the car, it needs to be recovered and re-installed.
