1999 21’ Chinook Premier Class B RV in good to very good condition.

I bought it May of 2018. I immediately had the local Ford Dealership rebuild the transmission. Unlimited miles, 3 year warranty. Good at any Ford Dealerships in N. America. Transferable.
Generator burns ¾ gal an hour if you need heat or A/c without a land line. Otherwise, campground with electric, which is still sooooo much cheaper.

GOOD;

Everything Stock on it works great.
Tows great.
Strong Triton V-10 that was replaced about 70,000 miles ago. No leaks no oil consumption. Oil change to Oil change. Always uses full synthetic oil. 5k between oil changes and the dealer always does them.
10-14 mpg
All 6 tires are (now) good.
4k (4000 watts) generator (Works Great)
New Microwave
Cold Air
Propane furnace and also electric heat strip on the overhead A/C controlled by a thermostat.
Hot water heater.
Power seats.
Solar panel with charge controller keeps batteries (2 100 ah deep cycle) at all times.
Trailer brake controller.
Newer Radio/Stereo/CD/mp3/USB/blue tooth.
2 burner propane stove.
Cruise Control
Class IV tow hitch with 7 pin (brake controller) for trailers with brakes
Had Ford (Dealership) Rebuild the automatic Transmission. To the tune of 4k plus. 3 year unlimited mile warranty good at any Ford Dealership across the country.
Replaced the 2 front tires with Coopers (50k warranty) Rated for this RV load range. Less than 2k on them.

Just had serviced. Synthetic Oil change, Lube, New fuel filter, 10 spark plugs, and boots, (good for another 70k) 1 coil replaced, and a new intake manifold gasket, and a leak down test. All done by the Ford Dealership. All warranty work good for anywhere in the country.

THE BAD;

Sits too long between trips. I had to have the 2 front tires replaced (even though they looked great) for being out of round, and had to clear out a squirrels nest in the generator compartment.
I take her out, but, still spends way too much time sitting.
200k on body and chassis/ Previous owner had front end rebuild. (have receipts).
Some carpet discoloration around the bottom of the rear door, from water being forced in and thru seals in some 60 knot winds/storms we encountered, and the RV was sitting rear towards the weather. Just where the step up is. It’s a full fiberglass Body, No leaks, except for that small area and has never leaked and I consider that extreme.

Needs a really good cleaning (outside). Paint is faded along with the decals. Probably a compound and wax, as it sits for way too long in between trips. (Under garage). (Had to replace the 2 front tires due to being out of round). No pet smells, no smoking, interior is in really good shape. I’d detail it too make it mine.

Previous Owner installed 1) Weather Station. 2) Back up camera with a 7” screen. Neither work. They might, I just never figured it out, though I didn’t put too much time into it.

It’s a great RV, Everything works, strong engine and (now) transmission. I just had it fully serviced for a long trip, filled the propane.
