1975 Norton Commando Roadster Mk3 Electric Start.

Frame-off Restoration
Powder-coated frame.
Kibblewhite chrome moly pushrods.
Polished connecting rods.
Lightened and polished rockers.
Kibblewhite manganese-bronze valve guides.
Kibblewhite stainless steel valves.
High performance valve springs.
Milled the cylinder deck and milled the head gasket surface.

High performance pistons and rings.
Superblend main crankshaft bearings.
Pazon electronic ignition, which fires on only 10.8 volts, where Boyer requires 12.5 volts.
High output alternator.
Modern solid-state regulator/rectifier.
Quartz halogen headlight.
Maintenance-free, glass-mat sealed battery, high cold-cranking-amps.
New upgraded Amal Premier carburetors.
KN high-flow air filter.

Upgraded electric starter system, using a high output starter motor and upgraded 18-cam sprag gear in lieu of out-dated 14-cam sprag gear
New primary chain and new primary chain adjuster assembly.
Wheels rebuilt with OEM English-made rims, stainless steel spokes and nipples.
New OEM English-made Avon tires.
Upgraded Timpken steering bearings.
New isolastic bushings and new swingarm bushings.
New switches, new wiring, new cables.
Gas tank sealed with Red-Kote.
Speedometer overhauled, odometer zeroed.

Upgraded brakes, using new brake lines, stainless steel caliper pistons, and high pressure master cylinder.
Taller gearing for less rev at highway speeds.
New high performance drive chain.

Fresh oil change on 150 break-in miles.
Head gasket re-torqued, valves readjusted.
