1972 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Rare DX

This 1972 Camaro Z28s has its lowest production in 1972 due to a plant strike. It is estimated only 2500 Z28s were made in 1972. This rare Z28 was special ordered from Sport Chevy.
The vehicle maintains its rebuilt 350 LT1 block with the higher compression 1970 Heads. The cam is a hydraulic Flat Tappet. With roller rockers producing a Dynoed 365 HP. The 400 Turbo transmission is also number matching and was rebuilt. The car has the original rear end, rebuilt, with 3:73 gears. The paint is a base coat/clear coat and is in perfect condition.
All of the gauges and tachometer work except the clock which is still right twice a day. This is a rear defrost car, also a rare option that still works.
The tires are wide oval radial tires from Coker and the wheels are redone and original. The package tray is a virgin unmolested tray that has never had speakers installed. Most trays were butchered in the 80s.
The interior is in great condition with many of the components original to the car but refurbished. New carpet, seat covers, headliner and upper door panels. The lower door panels and rear side panels are original.
The fuel lines are new as are many of the break components. The underneath is as detailed as the rest of the vehicle . All inspection marks and tags are clean and visable. The exhaust is Pipes and stainless steel. This vehicle has not seen water and was never raced or in any accidents.
