The following was noted:
Fridge works.
Furnace heat works.
Diesel generator work.
Basement AC unit works.
Water system functions on city water but the water pump needs to be replaced.
Just driven approx 600 miles with no issues.
Front tires are Michelin 2013.
The rear tires are new 2018.
This Alfa is extremely dirty. It also appears this motorhome has been smoked in. There are some ceiling stains from previous minor water leaks. The roof is solid and has been sealed. We have had a LOT of rain the past few weeks and we have NOT noticed any current water leaks.
This is a very sound and solid diesel pusher motorhome, it is just dirty.
