I gave it a fresh coat of Paint (3 x DBC Basecoat and 3 x D894 Clear-coat). I also cut and buffed it so you can read a newspaper out of it if you'd like. Last week I threw on a wax to seal the deal. The Underside has been cleaned and painted black. Around the door handles has a few chips from removing them. The paint in the door jams were so nice and original I decided to leave them original along with the underside of the deck lid. The Rubber in the jams is super soft and seals nicely. The Interior. It is so nice I didn't have to do much. The original leather is so soft and flawless. The dash was perfect, no cracks or tears. the gauge cluster looks great, the chrome and paint looks amazing. no pitting. The new tires are Pirelli Scorpion Verde's 255/45 r20. I tried a couple different sets of tires to fit the wheel well and these are where I landed. They don't rub at all, and still fill out the entire wheel well. They're wrapped on Brand New Machined 20 inch Borghini B19 Wheels. The Power Windows and vent windows Work great! The vacuum operated door locks Work Great. The Rare Tilt Wheel (Adjustable Steering Column) works really well. This was an option and I am told its a pretty rare one. Its an Electric - Vacuum assisted adjustable steering column. The steering feels great. I added a new Center/Drag Link along with new lower ball joints .Under the dash on this car looks like it just pulled off the showroom floor. It is so well preserved. The wires are soft, the vacuum lines are very soft. None of the lines or plastics are brittle. It's just a very good example of a preserved Survivor.
