Pictures really do not do this car justice. This is just a cool Hot Rod that you will love. It is a 1955 Chevrolet 210 Townsman Station Wagon that is ready to cruise today. I have a bunch of receipts for work that has been performed. It is a lifelong, blue plate California car. It was well put together and purpose built to be driven. The 55 is arrow straight. With a wagon or a Nomad, you rarely see them this straight simply because there is so much flat surface area to get right. This one is. The body is beautiful and rust free. The black paint appears about a mile deep. It is excellent. All the chrome and stainless was redone and is excellent. It has a small block Chevy crate motor that runs extremely well. It starts right up, settles into a smooth idle, and runs very strong. It sounds awesome, is extremely fast when you get into it, but can be driven anywhere. It has great street manners. The radiator has been re-cored and doesn't go above 180-190 going down the road. The four speed manual transmission was completely and professionally rebuilt and shifts very smoothly. I have the receipt for that as well. Power front disc brakes, drop spindles. New front side glass. Wheel Vintique dog dish hubcaps. New wheels with newer tires. The interior is nice. Radio delete, original steering wheel. It has rubber matting, not carpeting and that is how it came when it was new. The door panels have some sun damage. It also needs the mats for the cargo area and I tried to get them but they were on backorder. The paint is pretty much show quality except there was a scrape on the passenger side rear lower door that happened after paint. It has already been fixed and prepped. All in all, this is a fast, fun Hot Rod that you will not see at every car show you take it to. It draws a crowd everywhere.
