I'm sure I'm missing something. 70k mile service was done, Pirelli P-Zero Tires all around with only 600 miles on them, vehicle is lowered with Eibach Spring, Muffler delete (one of the best sounding vehicles on earth) Its got Avantgarde 20" rims, carbon fiber front lip, carbon fiber rear diffuser, carbon fiber side skirts. Only BMW oil during maintenance, I have the smog certificate, brake and light inspection certificate two keys, car cover and folder full of records. AC is cold, heater is hot, heated front seats. All services up to date, no check engine light or any other warning lights.
