1971 Datsun 521 Pickup Truck

Ok, so it's a sad day but it's time to sell the 521. 1971 1600 with 117k miles. Manufactured in February of 71. 95% original. Original paint with awesome areas of patina shining. Everything works, even the windshield washer jets.


Beautiful all the way around and fires right up every time and runs and idles like a champ. Originally a California truck. I'm the 3rd owner. 2nd owner bought it and then sold it within a year to me because of a divorce. I am selling because priorities have changed and I can't give it the love it deserves.


Things I've done: professionally installed retro sound stereo with glove box USB port for MP3s and high end 4" speakers in the doors

Fixed two dings in windshield by safelite auto glass.

Put new bumperettes (reproduction) on it using original brackets

Replaced kangaroo pouch washer bag.
Things it needs (my opinion): new weatherstripping around door windows, bleed the brakes, and do an oil change.

Trying to find it a good home and hopefully to somebody who doesn't want to change it much.
