2015 Harley Road Glide Frame Off Custom Bagger. I will try too list as many details as possible. The bike started off as a 2015 Road Glide Special and then we went too town on a full crazy build.
The Body. It has a Full Top Shop Body kit including Stretched Tank with a Molded Dash, Stretched Side Covers, 12" back bags, hog tune speaker lids. The Fairing has a molded dirty bird bezel along with a dirty bird windshield. We designed our own fairing bracket too bring the fairing in and down for theat cleaned tucked look. Too top it off we added a BMF Chin Spoiler and RWD Front Fender. Paint was taken over by Jason at NSD who laid down a crazy micro blue flake and then accented it with Greys and Silverleaf too top it off. Te Frame is a Full Frame off that we stretched with a Misfit Short Neck Weld on Kit. It was hit along with other pieces on the motorcycle with a crazy deep blue powder. Almost every bolt on the frame and engine were swapped with stainless steel and accented with flared washers. The suspension has Dirty Air Full Fast Air Ride with a huge 380 compressor and huge 14" stainless tank. When slammed down it sits on a MRI Electric Center Stand that is matched the blue of the frame.
Engine: The engine was tore down and the jugs and heads were sent out for diamond cut in AZ. We then added the Arlen Ness 10 Gauge Chrome Line, which includes the Trans Top Cover, Trans Side Cover, Rocker Boxes and Primary. Too Top it off we added a Trask Turbo Kit which puts it too 140hp/150tq. We then did a one off exhaust setup which already made use of the external upgraded wastegate and upgraded intercooler and clear plenum.
Accessory, Stereo, etc: For wheels we went with mad 30" Front with a in house cut hub setup that allowed for the 18" Rotor too get married too a SMT Dual Willwood Caliper Setup. The rear has a matching 16" Chrome with Rotor. All the Foot Controls are Batsinni including Front Floor Boards, Rear Floor Boards, Front Heel Toe Shifter, Brake Pedal, Inner shift lever, shifter linkage and then saddle bag latches. The Front end has Arlen Ness 10 gauge fork cans and 10 gauge fork lowers with hidden axle. Moving too the Fairing it has Dirty Bird Beach Bars, with internal clutch and brake lines and Performance Machine Hand Controls and Master Cylinders. Added Turn Sig Deletes with Led by Covington and Matching Blue Gauges. The seat is a one off seat with elephant leather and has a matching removable suction cup pass seat*not shown* Stereo: I will not go into full details because of our competitors but this has a full competition stereo in, including four 8" Woofers and 10 speaker setup. There is enough space for jackets and a sweater in each bag with a purse for the old lady. This bike one the baddest bagger stereo competition and it no joke.
Please do not ask for the details because we will not release them. I can promise you this is one of the loudest, clearest and hard hitting systems you will ever hear.
