Genuine built in the 1960s 1940 Ford hotrod.
All original running gear, it has a 394cu ins Oldsmobile V8 '39 three speed box with what I am assured has Lincoln Zephyr gears.
It was in storage since the late 60s with the original builder i have a copy of the title showing he bought the car in 1961.
The previous owner bought it around 10 years ago and has lot spent to bring it to drivable/reliable condition receipts to show expenditure.
Runs and sounds great.
Fully re built brakes, new fuel tank, re-built starter and generator new fuel pump, re wired new exhaust and so on and so on.
The paint work was done in the 60s and the interior was re-trimmed in red and white which was so popular and was probably influenced by Bob McCoys '40 it is showing its age but that is the appeal.
It has a '48 or so lincoln steering wheel.
It has a full set of stewart warner gauges which all work.
If you are interested in owning a genuine survivor hot rod here it is.
I have included some photos of the car in the 60's and as it was found.
It needs glass as some is cracked/de laminated, easy as it is all flat, new window/door rubbers which are easily available.
Any questions please ask.
