2004 Chateau Ford V-10 Class C Four Winds

2004 Ford Chateau on a F-450 chassis. Has the ford V-10 with plenty of power. I will list all the options below. The interior in VERY clean and well kept. NO known issues other than a small crack in the side of the shower unit ( has no effect & does NOT leak). Exterior is very nice no body damage but does have some peeling in one area and some stickers cracking , also in one area.

We have not been using this RV for the past couple years as with my daughter off to college and my son now heavy into travel baseball we decided to upgrade to a Class A . I own a shop of my own and since we have owned this camper we have always used synthetic oil and done regular maintenance. We will however since it has been sitting since August of 2016 check all the batteries and brakes.
RV has an on board inverter that allows the use of the lights and some outlets without he generator running. We checked the "house" batteries and main battery and they test what I would say near needing replaced. We will have this taken care of. New batteries will be installed with nationwide warranty before sale is completed. Mileage may be slightly different as we may also have the generator serviced, and brakes checked.. Already has a new air filter and a full synthetic oil change with VERY few miles on them ( amsoil).
